Shipping & Return Information

At Maison Midi, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days upon receipt.  You may request an exchange or receive a store credit, less shipping costs.  Items designated on sale, food items and custom-made items may not be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless Maison Midi has sent an incorrect item.
 
Refunds are not permitted unless Maison Midi has sent an incorrect item and the correct item or a replacement item is not available.

Refunds for goods damaged during transit must be made through the shipping company.

Items purchased from our Los Angeles and Newport Beach store locations cannot be returned at www.maison-midi.com; they must be returned at one of our store locations.
